this month's theme: Children's Programing 📺
one of my dream occupations has been to be a muppeteer, so I was once again super excited for this prompt. this lovely lady is a living plush/puppet of sorts that came to life, as are her children! similar to my cinna penny, she runs her own long running television show viewable from any dimension, except hers is specifically meant to teach children (and family) safety, life lessons, and other educational things- similar to seseme street or other likeminded programs. the popularity and love of her show became so much, that it eventually magically ascended her to a deity status of sorts! now, besides running her show as normal, she is also a dedicated godly protector of cinnachildren everywhere, using her powers to spread safety and kindness especially to those who have been hurt and protecting others from getting hurt. I'd like to imagine her kittens have similar powers as well. design inspiration wise, I tried to go with a safety theme (traffic light tail, crossing guard vest/sign), as well as some simple but cute/fun design aspects as you often see in 'kidcore' designs. her kittens are based on types of puppets, those being a finger puppet, hand puppet, and shadow puppet. the line on the shadow kittens hand is meant to resemble the sticks for holding up shadow puppets- but in my mind they are forearm crutches that they use :). the kittens ride in her backpack, but I think it'd be cute if they could also open up the lights in her tail and go in there too- maybe it's like one of those magical 'bigger on the inside' rooms and they each have their own decorated rooms in there. rambling aside, I had a lovely time with this theme <3
