Hinge Tail

Essentially anything that would function on a hinge. Can include something like butterfly wings (would probably need to be mixed with double tail, but I'd imagine the wings could move between an open and close position) or- well the actual hinge item. Feel this adds an animated option aside from Sentient or Tech/Elemental UB
