• May has come quick, and so the end of Cinnabunny season is nearing its end. Bunnies are still valid for prompts this month and all year with a MYO slot.

• As some of you might be aware, we’ve made a change to the rarity of some former Wild face types. All affected Cinnas will be given a Vintage Badge :vintage: or you may submit a prompt to redeem a rare trait instead. These faces are now considered ⭐️ Common and free to use:

CHAOSMITE EGGS

• Chaosmite Eggs have been recovered from continued excavation of Chaosma’s den. They will be available in the Item Prompt from now until August 10th! They will also be in our Cinnaverse and Points shop!

• Our Cinna Central site is set to expire very soon, please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or trouble navigating our new Lorekeeper or its shop, we’re more than happy to make your transition smooth and comfortable! Please also reach out if you find outdated links, defunct sites, or old lists, so we can remove them ^^

IP-INSPIRED CINNA DESIGNS

• We are currently looking through all Cinnas and determining if they are inspired by Intellectual Property, so that we may give it a special badge. This badge lets others know if said Cinna is inspired by particular media, which they might want to avoid or be comfortable with owning if they are UFS.
• If you have Cinnas you would like us to review and gift the badge to, please submit a prompt here! https://cinnaverse.net/prompts/prompts?name=inspired&prompt_category_id=none&sort=category  
• Your Cinna may be given the badge if they are determined to be too close to an IP. While we do our best to recognize and deter people from making 1:1 media inspired Cinnas for DMCA reasons, we respect the use of these properties for inspiration and the community’s right to know.
• Just a little note regarding IP Cinnas, we strongly recommend you name them something other than who or what they’re based on, depending on resemblance to the material.
• Toyhouse will remove characters they deem to be stolen/copied and names can be dead giveaways for designs that would otherwise pass on their own.

💝 OFFICIAL ARTISTS AND GUEST ARTISTS 💝

• We are going to be rolling out applications for Guest Artists, and partnering with our current roster ^^ Official Artists are permanently members of the crew, whose work goes above and beyond creative limits. Guest Artists will be chosen every two months and will be cycled out. Some GAs may be asked to become Official Artists ^^ We hope to provide support and opportunities for community members to share their designs and add them to our delicious masterlist! More announcements coming soon!

🚀 THE ENIGMA TAIL 🚀

• The King of Tails has granted us a most magnificent gift this May. Some of you may remember our short-lived subreddit, where the King of Tails kindly requested to see some new additions to our roster. Many great tails were chosen that day that remain favorites, and with his return has come the greatest opportunity this species has ever seen!

🌟 The Enigma Tail

Enigma tail is the be-all-end-all of Cinna tail freedom and creation. There may still be contests, votes, and inductions to the classic tail roster, but the Enigma tail will allow for an infinite amount of creations canon to the cinnaverse. Buy using a 🌟 Legendary trait for this tail, your “unofficial” tail can be accepted on any Cinna after review.

Concepts we will not accept:
- nsfw/otherwise offensive designs
- diamond, valknut
- feasible/unexplored fusions of existing tails [existing fused with new concepts is fine]
- joke tails may absolutely be accepted if they follow the design principle

The design philosophy of Cinnas is still being explored, but what makes a Cinna tail must be apparent to be accepted:
- large, at least a quarter to half the size of the Cinna itself
- uniform thickness with minor tapering at the tip
- inward spiral applies to almost all tails
- nickname shape easily discerned [no formless blobs. unless you really want. Needs appropriate name]
- easily shown or implied anchor point[s]
- For most spiral tails, multiple coils [at least x3]

All tails subject to review, naming of your Enigma tail is optional but encouraged. All Enigma Tails on masterlist will be listed as such however, unless it becomes a recognized tail.

By making this tail and submitting it for approval, you consent to letting others explore your concept [personal consent/credits encouraged, not required]

🌟 GOLDEN MEAD 🌟

• Finally! There is a new Legendary Item trait for sale in our shops - Golden Mead
• This item can be applied to any MYO/Custom or existing Cinna to use Legendary Traits that include but arent limited to; Sentient Tails, Sentient Hoods, Enigma Tails, etc. It does not allow the use of Diamond or Valknut Tails. This item may be available in the Item Prompt pool from time to time.
• This item will be available this month in our shop and then disappear. It will make reappearances in the shops for special occasions! It is $25/2500 dA points

CINBUN REDESIGN CONTEST

• We will be hosting a Cinbun Redesign Contest this month! It begins now and will end for judging May 30th! There are no real limits here, besides his general cinnamon roll theme [you can change up the flavor]. Please submit your entry to this Gallery (https://cinnaverse.net/gallery/19) and it will be reviewed at the end of the month!
• Rules:
  
  • Design must resemble Cinbun https://toyhou.se/1592.cinbun and have some Cinnamon Roll flavor inspiration
  • You may choose to let darkvvision keep your entry as an alt form for Cinbun to be displayed in their character gallery [thank you in advance ❤️] Please mark your consent when submitting your entry!
  • You may use any traits besides Diamond and Valknut
  • You may enter as many times as you want
  • 🏆 One Winner will be chosen and will receive two 🌟 Legendary Traits and an art/design trade with darkvvision
  • Every participant will receive 1 Rarity Rune for their first entry
